This insanely figured, specialty Oregon Myrtlewood has a range of color and fiddleback. It s some of the tightest fiddleback we ve had in turning wood in quite some time! The wood was cut in March of 2024 and is still considered freshly cut. All pieces are completely wax sealed. There may be a small pin knot, check, or inclusion present. Oregon Myrtlewood is a wonderful choice due to its easy workability and exceptionally high polish. DO NOT miss this incredible figure. The chatoyance and iridescent shimmer in this species will make your projects absolutely top notch. This piece has checks and inclusions. Please see pictures for details.
