Description

Pallet Grip is a 1mm thick 21 x 15.5 polymer gel pad that offers a clean, reusable, and highly effective alternative to traditional pallet adhesives. Designed to streamline your screen-printing process, Pallet Grip saves time, reduces waste, and enhances the quality of your prints.

    • Compatibility and recommendations:

      • Best results with fabrics like cotton, polyester, cotton blends, and tri-blends.
      • Limited adhesion with certain nylon elastin or nylon spandex blends—test before printing.
      • Replace the pad after 4–6 months of use, as lint may become harder to remove over time.
      • Can handle flash curing up to 970°F for 20 seconds without scorching.

        • How to Use: 

          1. Clean your platen with alcohol and then leave it to dry completely
          3. Identify the side of the Pallet Grip that will go face down on your platen. It is marked This side down  
          5. Peel the white cover paper and stick it onto your platen 
          7. When you are ready to print peel the white cover off the other side and place your garment on top.

            8. Optional: Apply masking tape or pallet tape across the pallet before applying the Pallet Grip for easier removal later on

              How to Clean: 

              Mist with water and lightly scrub away unwanted dirt and lint from the pallet. Must dry fully before next use.
